Premium after-sales service – free repairs, cleaning, and accessory replacement (if available).

Notes & Conditions:

(1.1) Free lens replacement for non-adaptation does not apply to cases where lenses are scratched or physically damaged.

(1.2) Only applicable when prescription changes exceed 0.50D; not applicable for post-eye surgery or LASIK cases.

(2) Lens replacement does not apply if peeling is caused by chemicals or cleaning solutions.

(3) Frame replacement does not apply to physical damage or loss.

(4) 50% discount is based on the listed price, limited to 1 time/person during the warranty period. If damaged, the old glasses must be provided as proof.

(5) Repairs do not apply to frames that are completely broken.

To claim warranty benefits: Please bring the purchase invoice.

Warranty period is counted from the date of product receipt.
